Woman Falls Getting Off Bus.

A young woman tripped and fell while stepping off of a local bus this past Friday. The young lady, who wished to remain nameless, insisted immediately that she was "OK" and "totally fine".

Bystanders were shocked to see the woman step awkardly on one of her high heels while desending the steps at the rear of the bus. "She just lost it," claimed local buisnessman Darren Hutch who witnessed the horrific scene, "one second she's as stable as a three-legged stool, the next she's tumbling head over heels onto the cement sidewalk."

Initial reactions were mixed, with several people turning and walking the other way, while a few merely walked around the briefly prostrate woman. Finally, after what seemed like several seconds of awkward tension for everyone, Good Samaritan Tony Altores inquired as to the womans status: "'Are you ok?' I said, because she took quite a fall, poor thing."

Immediately following his question, the woman straightened up, shook off the dirt and claimed to be "completely fine", insisting that it was "really nothing" and that "everyone should just move along".

Altores later commented: "I'm glad she was alright, because you just never wish that kind of thing on anyone. Horrible stuff, really."

"I just hope she understands the perils of heels now," he added.
